Our goal was to build a web interface integrated with an existing solution built on Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The interface is used by technicians who work on service orders at customer sites. The interface guides the technicians through the resolution process - it provides the information about the support incident, allows them to order replacement parts, track their work and record travel history. The web interface is optimized for use from mobile and table devices.
